I am very pleased with the way Packrat operates. No more trying to coordinate swapping of tapes when I am out of the office or when a tape fills up. The graphical menu is very user friendly and easy to make changes to. I can schedule the first backup of a server at night when bandwidth usage won't affect my users, and can then schedule regular backups during the day of important files if needed. I've always been able to get my technical questions answered quickly as well by contacting the local tech support person. Hopefully, I'll never need to retrieve a backup from Birmingham, but it's good to know there is one outside of Memphis.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with Packrat software.

We have several Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 servers running SQL database, Exchange 2003, etc. Corruption of files and accidental file deletion, while rare, does happen occasionally. Using Packrat, data can now be restored to within a few minutes of when the damage occurred.

The intuitive interface allow us to define and launch restores of individual files, directories, System State.

Fortunately, our company has not had a SQL database crash, but - just to be safe - Brad Hancock conducted a mock data recovery. It worked beautifully!

I have only good things to say about your service, company and the software.

Since I am what you might call a very cautious person, one who is leery of everything, I wanted to express my feelings of confidence.
